Carrot Dip with Oven Baked Pita Chips

  1. BOIL microwave or steam carrots until tender.
  2. Place carrots in a food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Add PHILLY, Parmesan, milk, garlic, cumin and seasonings and process until well combined.
  4. Chill.
  5. PLACE pita bread on a large baking tray and spray with oil.
  6. Bake in a hot oven 200 degrees C for 510 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  7. SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with chives.
  8. Serve with oven baked pita chips.
