  1. Ground the salt and pepper on meat
  2. Spread banana leaves out place the pork on top then wrap the pork and place in aluminum foil pan and cover with aluminum foil place offset in grill away from flame
  3. 3 hrs pull the pig out in anothet aluminum pan spread cabage out place cooked pig on top add all the dripings on top and cover and place in grill for another 30 min and done
