Grilled Asian Pork Chops

  1. Heat grill.
  2. In shallow dish, combine teriyaki, oyster sauce, gingerroot and garlic; mix well.
  3. Add pork; turn to coat.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to marinate.
  5. When ready to grill, remove pork from marinade; pour marinade in small saucepan.
  6. Bring marinade to a boil.
  7. Place pork chops on grill over medium heat.
  8. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade.
  9. Discard any remaining marinade.
