Picnic Chicken Salad Recipe

• 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can chicken Or possibly
• 2 c. cooked chicken, shredded or possibly cubed
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. celery, minced fine
• 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
• 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard pwdr
• Grnd cracked pepper to taste
• Salt to taste

1. Combine all ingredients and chill 1 hour to allow herbs to congeal.
2. Makes eight 1/2 c. servings.
