Picnic Chicken Salad Recipe
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can chicken Or possibly
- 2 c. cooked chicken, shredded or possibly cubed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, minced fine
- 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard pwdr
- Grnd cracked pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients and chill 1 hour to allow herbs to congeal.
- Makes eight 1/2 c. servings.
