Cucumber And Cilantro Raita
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Scant 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion
- 1/2 cup finely diced peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add scallion, cucumber and cilantro.
- Mix again, and transfer to a small serving bowl.
