Fried Asparagus
- 1 bundle asparagus
- Adobo
- freshly diced garlic
- Butter
- Unwrap asparagus and chop ends of bottoms off.
- Rinse well.
- Place skillet on medium heat.
- Put butter in bottom of pan, heat.
- Add garlic to pan.
- Add asparagus and lower heat to low, put cover on and let soften.
- Once soft, turn up heat and start searing slightly to desired tast.
- (I like it dark.)
- Turn off heat and serve.
