Fried Asparagus

  1. Unwrap asparagus and chop ends of bottoms off.
  2. Rinse well.
  3. Place skillet on medium heat.
  4. Put butter in bottom of pan, heat.
  5. Add garlic to pan.
  6. Add asparagus and lower heat to low, put cover on and let soften.
  7. Once soft, turn up heat and start searing slightly to desired tast.
  8. (I like it dark.)
  9. Turn off heat and serve.
