Easy Cheesecake Pie
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of (14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 eggs
- 10 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
- Bake 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add sour cream; mix well.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Stir half the chopped cookies into batter; pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
