Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken, Diced
- 1 package Uncle Ben's Long Grain And Wild Rice
- 1 can Cream Of Celery Soup
- 2 ounces, weight Jar Sliced Pimentos
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 cans French Style Green Beans, Drained
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 ounces, weight Water Chestnuts, Diced
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a 3 quart casserole and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
- May be frozen before cooking.
- Serves 8-10.
- (I omit the water chestnuts.... cant stand those things!)
