Braised Chicken Giblets Recipe

  1. Put flour and spices into paper bag.
  2. Shake giblets to coat.
  3. Heat margarine, add in onions, and saute/fry 2-3 min.
  4. Add in contents of paper bad to pan.
  5. Stir well, then add in warm water.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 3 1/2 hrs, stirring every half hour.
  7. Serve with rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
  8. This is a great dish, but quite rich!
