Best Ramen Soup from Scratch

  1. Pour flour into bowl.
  2. Make a well and add eggs to middle.
  3. Beat eggs and slowly incorporate to form dough, adding water if too dry.
  4. Let dough rest for 15-20 min
  5. Add broth to a large pot on stove.
  6. Grate ginger and add.
  7. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
  8. Pour in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  9. Roll out dough and cut into strips.
  10. Bring broth to a boil and sprinkle in cut noodles.
  11. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  12. Take remaining egg and poach it in the broth for 3-4 minutes (optional)
  13. Chop onions and pepper and add.
  14. Add crushed red pepper.
  15. Serve immediately and enjoy!
