Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with bread, crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.
  8. Garnish with blanched broccoli flowerets and red pepper strips, if desired.
  9. Note: Microwave: Prepare as directed.
  10. Spoon into 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
  11. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every 3 minutes.
  12. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  13. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
