Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 2 cups (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- bread, crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables
- Blanched broccoli florets and red pepper strips (optional)
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with bread, crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.
- Garnish with blanched broccoli flowerets and red pepper strips, if desired.
- Note: Microwave: Prepare as directed.
- Spoon into 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every 3 minutes.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
