Sweet Potato Balls with Okara
- 100 grams Sweet potato
- 60 grams Fresh okara
- 1 tbsp or more Condensed milk
- 1 Milk
- Soften the sweet potato by boiling or microwaving, then mash.
- Heat the okara in the microwave at 500-600 W for 2 minutes and set aside.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and knead together, washing your hands well beforehand.
- Roll into whatever sized balls you like, and they're done.
- Enjoy with a drink.
- I rolled it into small balls (5 g) and put them in a bowl of plain yogurt, and it was really delicious.
- You can also sprinkle with some cinnamon.
- When making with skim milk, replace the condensed milk for 3 tablespoons skim milk and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
- Addendum: Store in the refrigerator.
- As they include okara, eat them up as soon as possible.
