Blue Raspberry Dessert Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine half the blueberries, the raspberries and the first measure of water with the sugar in a (2 Quart.)
  2. saucepan.
  3. Stir to mix.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  5. Combine the cornstarch with the second measure of water.
  6. Stir into the blueberry mix.
  7. Return to a boil.
  8. Add in the remaining blueberries.
  9. Cook, stirring gently, till thoroughly cooked (2-3 min).
  10. Serve.
