Taco in a Pan

  1. **Seasonings (we dont measure how much seasoning we use so just add to your liking): chili powder, Cavenders Greek seasoning, pinch of cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Natures Seasoning, salt, pepper and anything else that makes your heart happy.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once meat is browned, season your meat according to your taste.
  4. Add water; stir.
  5. Bring to boil then stir in rice.
  6. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  7. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Then stir in your beans and green chilis and let cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and starting to thicken a bit.
  9. Top the hot mixture with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro.
  10. Once cheese is melted then its ready to eat!
  11. We like to top ours of with a dollop of sour cream and salsa then serve with Tostito chips.
  12. Enjoy!
