Herb Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 lbs. beef chuck roast
- Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, rosemary, pepper and salt.
- Place beef in baking dish.
- Pour marinated mix over meat, cover and chill overnight, basting occasionally to coat proportionately.
- Bake in oven to desired doneness.
