Herb Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe

  1. Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, rosemary, pepper and salt.
  2. Place beef in baking dish.
  3. Pour marinated mix over meat, cover and chill overnight, basting occasionally to coat proportionately.
  4. Bake in oven to desired doneness.
