Burned At The Steak Marinade Recipe
- 2 lrg Rribeye steak
- 4 ounce Good seasons italian dressing
- 2 x Habanero peppers dry
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Make italian dressing, set aside.
- In a small saucepan boil water and blanch (2 minutes.)
- the habaneros.
- Remove and cut off stems.
- remove seeds from one pepper but save seeds from one of the peppers.
- Place peppers in a blender and add in all remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Coat steaks generously.
- Marinate for 3-4 hrs.
- Grill over warm charcoal fire.
- Look out warm.
