Italian Chicken Sandwich

  1. Mix dressing and mustard with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the mustard mixture.
  5. Fill with 2 lettuce leaves, 1 chicken breast and 1/4 cup of the pepper strips.
  6. Serve immediately.
