Italian Chicken Sandwich
- 4-1/2 cups KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 48 rolls sandwich rolls, partially split
- 96 each Leaf lettuce leaves
- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled
- 3 qt. Canned roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips
- Mix dressing and mustard with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture.
- Fill with 2 lettuce leaves, 1 chicken breast and 1/4 cup of the pepper strips.
- Serve immediately.
