Mexican Cornbread Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine 2 Large eggs and 2/3 c. lowfat milk with package of cornbread mix.
  2. Add in 2/3 can of cream style corn.
  3. Brown grnd beef, add in onions and green chilies.
  4. Pour 1/2 of cornbread mix into a lightly greased casserole.
  5. Put grnd beef mix on top.
  6. Pour remaining corn on top and add in 4 slices cheese on top.
  7. Cover with cornbread mix.
  8. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
