  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  6. Stir until mixed- do.
  7. not over stir.
  8. Fold in blueberries which have been.
  9. coated with flour.
  10. Pour in buttered cups in a muffin.
  11. pan.
  12. Sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar topping.
  13. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
  14. Cool on a wire.
  15. rack for a few minutes then remove muffins from pan.
  16. Makes 12 muffins.
  17. Brown Sugar Topping.
  18. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.
  19. 1/2 cup flour.
  20. 1/4 cup butter softened.
  21. 1 teaspoons lemon zest.
  22. 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  23. Combine ingredients in a bowl until mixed.
