- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine dry.

- Stir until mixed- do.

- Pour in buttered cups in a muffin.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
- Cool on a wire.
- rack for a few minutes then remove muffins from pan.

- Brown Sugar Topping.
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.
- 1/2 cup flour.
- 1/4 cup butter softened.
- 1 teaspoons lemon zest.
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl until mixed.
