Shredded Kale Salad
- 4 cups Shredded Kale, Packed
- 13 cups Peeled, Pitted, Diced Avocado, Smashed
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 6 whole Tiger Figs, Cut Into 8 Wedges Each
- 1/2 whole Dragon Fruit, Sliced And Cut Into Wedges
- 1 cup Red Moscato Grapes, Halved
- 1/2 cups Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 cups Diced Tomato
- Dulse Flakes For Sprinkling (optional)
- Place the kale in a large bowl, then add the avocado and cayenne pepper.
- With your hands, mix the avocado and cayenne into the kale, massaging it, and getting the avocado all over the kale.
- Divide the kale mixture among four plates, then divide the remaining ingredients (except the dulse flakes), putting them on the bed of kale.
- Sprinkle with dulse flakes and serve!
