Quiche Lorraine

  1. Cook and chop bacon.
  2. Fit pie crust into 9" pie plate.
  3. Bake pie crust only for 7 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  4. Sprinkle crust with bacon, green onions and one cup of cheese (1/2 in each pie crust).
  5. Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, peppers and nutmeg.
  6. Pour over crust (1/2 in each crust).
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese over both quiches.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until center is set.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve.
  11. Enjoy!
