Roasted Red Pepper Spread With Grilled Bread

  1. Heat barbecue to high.
  2. Drizzle bread with olive oil and grill, oil side down for 1-2 minutes or until grill marks appear.
  3. Slice each half into 4 pieces.
  4. Meanwhile, puree the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  5. Top each piece of bread with 1 tablespoons of the spread, and serve.
