Ham Balls with Pineapple Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine ground pork, ground ham**, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls, and place in a 9x13 pan.
  5. Prepare sauce.
  6. Empty pineapple into a bowl.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
  8. Add to pineapple, mix well.
  9. Add soy sauce.
  10. Pour over ham balls and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  11. **If you dont have a meat grinder (to grind your ham), you can use finely diced ham in its place.
  12. It works just as well.
