Chili Mixed Nuts
- 3 cups mixed nuts or 3 cups peanuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon celery salt
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a bowl, combine nuts and oil; stir to coat.
- In a bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon; sprinkle onto nut mixture.
- Toss to coat.
- Spread nuts in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
- Cool.
- Cover tightly; store up to two weeks.
