Chili Mixed Nuts

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In a bowl, combine nuts and oil; stir to coat.
  3. In a bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon; sprinkle onto nut mixture.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread nuts in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
  7. Cool.
  8. Cover tightly; store up to two weeks.
