Shrimp Hurry Curry Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn shrimp and soup (if frzn shrimp soup).
  2. Heat butter in a 10-inch frying pan.
  3. Add in shrimp and cook over low heat for 3-5 min, stirring frequently.
  4. Add in the soups and stir till thoroughly blended.
  5. Stir in cream, curry pwdr and mix gently.
  6. Serve over warm, fluffy rice.
  7. Serves 6.
