Blueberry Bread Recipe
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter (or possibly margarine)
- 1 can (16 1/2 ounce) blueberries Well liquid removed, reserve the Liquid
- 1/4 c. Retained liquid
- 1/4 c. Water (approximate)
- In order listed, add in all dry ingredients into pan.
- Put well liquid removed berries into a 2 c. measuring c., add in 1/4 c. of retained juice and sufficient water to equal 1 1/3 c.. (We've found it to be about 1/4 c.
- water.)
- Select white bread and push "Start".
- NOTE: All ingredients shouldbe at room temperature.
- This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
- After Second kneading, remove dough for machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans.
- Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
