Slow Cooker Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Soup
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Dried Soup Mix
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1.
- Place chicken in the botton of a crock pot.
- 2.
- Mix together cream soup and dried soup and spread over the chicken.
- 3.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 68 hours.
- 4.
- Prior to serving, stir in sour cream.
- 5.
- Serve over starch (egg noodles, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc).
- Note: I have made this with various options but I usually tend to use cream of mushroom soup and dried onion soup mix (from Lipton).
- The flavor possibilities are endless!
- You can also make this healthier by using low fat options.
