Shrimp With Artichokes

  1. Saute shallots and mushrooms in butter until tender, aboutr 5 minute.
  2. Add wine, artichoke hearts, chives and pimiento.
  3. Heat just to boiling.
  4. Add shrimp and simmer until hot, about 2 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon.
