Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- Blend soup, lowfat milk and dash of pepper.
- In 1 1/2 qt casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mix and cheese.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake for 15 min.
- Makes about 4 c.. Also good to add in about 1/2 c. of diced ham.
