Orange Tarragon Chicken Breasts

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and garlic powder.
  2. Brown chicken breasts in a little cooking oil in skillet.
  3. Remove from pan and discard oil.
  4. Put back in pan and add orange juice from one orange, about 1/2 cup water, tarragon, bell pepper and celery, orange peel, lemon basil or lemon flavored herb and braise on medium heat until chicken is done, about 30 minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and blend.
  6. Add this to skillet and thicken sauce.
  7. Serves 4.
