Mexican Spaghetti

  1. Saute crushed garlic cloves in olive oil.
  2. Add in onions for 1 minute.
  3. Add in olives, peppers saute for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce, white wine-- simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Toss in fresh made spaghetti.
  6. Sprinkle with parmigian and add salt, pepper to taste.
  7. Place the pasta and sauce in plate, sprinkle with cilantro.
  8. Serves one.
