Cantaloupe Cooler Salad Recipe

  1. Peel cantaloupe and cut into bite-size pcs; arrange on lettuce leaves.
  2. Top cantaloupe with onion and crumbled bacon.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  4. Blender Poppy Seed Dressing: Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process on low speed for 30 seconds.
