Custard Blender Pie Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 Large eggs
- Nutmeg and cinnamon
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Mix 15 seconds or possibly more to blend.
- Pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Test with a knife.
- If it comes out clean, it is done.
