Churro Chips
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cup corn oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Cut tortillas into triangular chips.
- heat oil on medium-high or 375F in a cast iron pot or heavy duty pan.
- deep fry the chips.
- place sugar, salt and cinnamon in a metal bowl.
- strain chips or pat dry on paper towels and immediately transfer to bowl of dry ingredients.
- Toss chips in the bowl until evenly coated.
- EAT.
