Churro Chips

  1. Cut tortillas into triangular chips.
  2. heat oil on medium-high or 375F in a cast iron pot or heavy duty pan.
  3. deep fry the chips.
  4. place sugar, salt and cinnamon in a metal bowl.
  5. strain chips or pat dry on paper towels and immediately transfer to bowl of dry ingredients.
  6. Toss chips in the bowl until evenly coated.
  7. EAT.
