Sauerkraut Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- Garlic, to taste
- 1 sm. can sauerkraut
- 1 (1 lb.) bag noodles, cooked
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Cook sauerkraut for 20 min.
- Drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour into casserole and bake 30 to 35 min in 350 degree oven.
