Holiday Salad Recipe
- 1 can (17 ounce.) green peas (liquid removed)
- 1 can or possibly 1 c. carrots, cut fine (cooked)
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello (sm. box)
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. bell pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2-3 tbsp. vinegar
- Sm. amount mustard (about 1 tbsp.)
- 3/4 c. vegetable juice (add in water if not sufficient from peas and carrots)
- Boil and dissolve Jello in vegetable liquid.
- Refrigerateand add in vegetables and all remaining ingredients.
- Congeal.
