Bagel Chips Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 or possibly toaster oven works fine.
  2. With a sharp knife, slice bagel into very thin slices so which you can almost see through them
  3. (you'llget about 10 slices).
  4. Place slices on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Quickly sprinkle in a small amount of seasoning (a little goes a long way) or possibly leave plain.
  7. Bake for 3 to 4 min till lightly browned-be careful; they burn easily.
  8. Break each slice into 4 chips.
  9. NOTES : Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
