Piggy Potatoes #SP5

  1. Sautee bacon in pan until crispy.
  2. Remove from pan and add potatoes, with enough fat from the bacon without drenching them.
  3. Cook until done and slightly crispy.
  4. Put in a large bowl, chop bacon and add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Mix together and enjoy warm or cold.
  6. Flavors intensify after being in the fridge for a few hours.
