Croissant With Peaches and Honey

  1. Toast split sides of croissant lightly under grill/broiler.
  2. Spread each half with yogurt or creme fraiche.
  3. Top each with 3 peach slices.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and warm under medium grill/ low broiler for 2-3 minutes.
  5. (Watch carefully).
  6. Drizzle with honey to serve.
