Chopped n' Pulled Salad with Pork & Crispy Potatoes
- 2 qt. cooked boneless pork shoulder, pulled
- 3 cups OPEN PIT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 1 qt. green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 qt. red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup curly-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces, cooked crisp
- frozen waffle fries, fried crisp
- Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside.
- For each serving: Arrange 4 oz.
- freshly fried potatoes on serving plate.
- Top with about 1 cup salad mixture.
