Creamy Tuna Rice

  1. Pour water and milk into medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  3. Add tuna, rice and parsley; mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  7. Stir in VELVEETA until melted.
