Lentil Soup
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 Onion chopped finely
- 1 small haed cabbage (cut in chuncks)
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp black peper
- 1 bag lentils
- 1 bag of lentils rinse in cold water, pick out dark lentils that float to the top
- Put lentils in a large pot and fill the pot to desired amount of water
- Bing to a boil and skim off the foam
- turn heat down to simmer, then add all ingredients.
- Cover and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the lentils are soft
