Hazelnut-Caramel Milk Shakes

• 1 cup brewed double-strength MAXWELL HOUSE PREMIUM CUP Hazelnut Flavored Coffee, cooled
• 1 pt. (2 cups) butter pecan ice cream
• 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping

1. Blend ingredients in blender until thickened.
2. Serve immediately.
