BBQ Pork Minis with Tomatillo Salsa

  1. Tomatillo Salsa: Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. BBQ Pork: Cook meat and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. For each serving: Cover bottom half of roll with 1/3 cup BBQ Pork; cover with 2 Tbsp.
  5. Tomatillo Salsa and top of roll.
