Apple And Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 4 med size sweet potatoes
• 1 Tbsp. whipped butter, (not me!!!)
• 2 Tbsp. frzn apple juice, concentrate salt to taste pepper to taste
• 1 med -size apple, peeled diced
• 6 whl cloves grnd nutmeg

1. Place sweet potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil and cook 30 to 40 min or possibly till tender.
3. Remove from water, peel and mash.
4. Add in butter, apple juice, salt and pepper.
5. Stir in apple, cloves and dash of nutmeg.
6. Place in an ovenproof serving dish and hot in 350ven to min before serving.
