Tomato-Basil Pie

  1. Line deep pie dish with pastry and bake according to package or recipe directions.
  2. Remove from oven and cool.
  3. Arrange tomato slices in crust, overlapping.
  4. Add basil and onion, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix cheeses and mayonnaise.
  6. Spread over tomatoes.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool about 10 minutes before slicing.
