Fresh Swordfish Nicoise Salad

  1. Brush oil over swordfish steaks.
  2. Grill on a preheated grill plate or bbq for 4 minutes each side (cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak).
  3. Toss together the beans, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and parsley.
  4. Divide between serving plates, top with a swordfish steak and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Serve.
