Fresh Swordfish Nicoise Salad
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 tuna steaks Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 300g green beans, trimmed, blanched
- 400g can butter beans, drained
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Caesar Dressing
- Brush oil over swordfish steaks.
- Grill on a preheated grill plate or bbq for 4 minutes each side (cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak).
- Toss together the beans, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and parsley.
- Divide between serving plates, top with a swordfish steak and drizzle with dressing.
- Serve.
