Chocolate Stout Affogato Egg Cream

  1. In each of 4 tall glasses, add 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup seltzer.
  3. Divide the beer among the glasses and stir to combine.
  4. Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass.
  5. Drink immediately or allow to sit a few minutes to let the ice cream melt in the glass.
  6. Enjoy!
