Kyle's Carnita's
- 6 lb Pork Sholder
- 4 tbsp Mexican Oregeno
- 3 tbsp Thyme
- 3 tsp cinnimon
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 large Chopped Onion
- 3 oranges Cut into Wedges
- 2 tbsp Sea Salt
- Cut Sholder into large chunks and put into Crockpot.
- Add dried spices and rub all over the pork.
- Add garlic and chopped onion.
- Squeeze orange wedges over pork.
- Cook in Crock Pot low for about 6 hours.
- Remove orange wedges and drain most of the juice.
- Shread the meat.
- Serve with warm flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce etc.
