Meatloaf Roast Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients together; shape into a loaf and place in a roasting pan.
  2. Place desired amount of potatoes, carrots and onions around the sides of the meatloaf.
  3. Pour a 16 oz can of beef gravy over all and bake at 375 degrees till the vegetables are tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.
  4. Instead of the can of gravy.
  5. Use a can of mushroom soup, a can of water, 1/2 package Lipton soup (onion).
  6. Mix all together and pour over the roast.
  7. This makes its own gravy.
